Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at hello@merry-christmas.co as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped, we’re unable to cancel or make changes.
I didn’t get an order confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s not there, contact us and we’ll resend the confirmation.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we offer United States shipping for now. Rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
USA : 6–9 business days

Orders are processed Monday–Friday. It typically takes 1–2 business days to prepare and ship your items.
How can I track my order?
You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your package is on its way.
Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?
Import duties or local taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our product prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.
